SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - California Governor Gavin Newsom talked with 10News Thursday in a one-on-one interview.
He addressed key topics, including his revised budget plan for $213.5 billion in the upcoming fiscal year.
The governor also talked about the death penalty in light of the Poway synagogue shooting, and if cases like it make the Governor rethink his decision to place a moratorium on the death penalty.
Newsom also addressed the debate over gun control, his plan to provide more funding for healthcare for undocumented immigrants and an idea to impose a tax on water.
