SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A young boy was found alone in a stroller near a Rolando-area apartment complex early Friday morning.
San Diego police said a passerby spotted the boy, believed to be 3 years old, near the 4600 block of 63rd Street, off El Cajon Boulevard, at around 3 a.m.
While the boy was taken into protective custody, officers searched for the child’s parents or guardians.
The boy did not appear to be injured.
