SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A body was discovered in the water at the San Diego Bay Wednesday evening.
According to Harbor Police, the body was discovered by a passer-by just before 5:30 p.m. near West Laurel and North Harbor Drive.
A dive team recovered the body and began searching the surrounding waters for possible evidence, said Harbor Police Sgt. T.D. De La Pena.
The middle-aged man did not have any obvious signs of trauma, he said. De La Pena said he didn't know how long the body may have been in the water.
