Crews are working to remove a large tree that fell at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery Monday afternoon.
10News learned about 15 grave markers at the Point Loma-area cemetery suffered slight damage, but they were not completely removed when the tree toppled over.
Tree removal crews told 10News they believe the 50-foot-tall Torrey pine tree is 80 to 100 years old.
Cemetery officials are inspecting gravesites in the area for any possible damage.
