SAN DIEGO (KGTV)-One San Diego musician inspires veterans year after year with his amazing talent.
Mark Goffeney, who was born without arms, is an accomplished guitarist with the band "Big Toe."

For the 16th time, the band performed at Stand Down Saturday night.
