SPRING VALLEY (KGTV) -- A woman was arrested for DUI after she crashed into a fire hydrant and flooded a Spring Valley neighborhood Tuesday morning.
According to police, the incident happened around 2 a.m. at Parkbrook St. and Elkelton Blvd.
A woman lost control of her car and hit a fire hydrant and a parked BMW.
The crash created a geyser flooding the streets for about 45 minutes until the fire department was able to shut it off.
The owner of the BMW was not home when this happened and didn't know his car was hit.
No homes were flooded.
The driver was questioned and arrested after being administered DUI tests. Her idenity has not yet been released.
