Escondido police are looking into reports of a man flashing people at an In-N-Out Burger.
One Escondido mom says she saw a man touching himself while she and her daughter were eating. Another woman says she's seen the same man across the street at target.
The second woman says she's convinced that they've seen the same person because of what he was wearing - strange, multi-colored rubber bands all over his arms and legs.
"They were really tight," the woman said. "I don't know how that could have been comfortable, there was a lot of rubber bands."
She hopes the rubber band trademark will help police find him soon.
"Instead of just a dirty,creepy guy it could have been a lot worse," she said.
