SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Flames consumed a man who was inside his boat near his Central San Diego home Friday.
The man had been working on his boat when a flash fire broke out about noon at the home on Churchward St. in Encanto.
The fire spread to two cars and doused the man with a flammable liquid.
While the man's neighbor called 911, the neighbor's girlfriend put out the flames on the man's head and back.
Investigators are on the scene.
