An El Cajon family with 18 special needs children was surprised with a brand new handicapped accessible van after their old one was destroyed in a fire back in January.
Chuck and Penny Hauer received a specially outfitted minivan courtesy of an anonymous donor.
The non-profit organization "Passion for Kids, along with the San Miguel fire department helped make the presentation.
A van like the one they received costs upwards of $50,000.
