Julie Harper -- the Carlsbad mother of three who shot and killed her schoolteacher husband -- told 10News in an exclusive jailhouse interview that she hopes over time, her children will understand and forgive her.
"I'm very hopeful that whether it's at 18 or 20 or 25 that my children as they become adults, go back and look at the evidence, look at transcripts, look at interviews, and assess things for themselves as adults and I hope they will want to have relationships in the future."
