Something fishy is going on here.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources says in a Facebook post that the department has received several reports of anglers catching fish with human-like teeth in the state's waters.

Shudder.

Pacus are South American fish that have the teeth for eating nuts and seeds, and are popular for aquariums, according to the DNR. The problem? These fish reportedly outgrow their tanks and get dumped.

"We are reminding everyone, please, never release pets into the wild."
