SAN DIEGO — San Diego Police said a vehicle hit an apartment complex on Texas Street near Polk Avenue in North Park Sunday morning.
Police said they received a report of a driver who crashed into a building, backed out, then drove across the street to her home and began hosing off her car.
10News reporter Grecia Aguilar said that the woman who lives inside the apartment that was hit said an elderly woman who lives across the street hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, shattering dwelling's front window and causing a significant dent in the front building structure.
