Camp Pendleton marines meet WWII veterans

Some of the famed World War II Navajo Code Talkers met with marines assigned to the base and talked about their experiences during the war Monday.

"I'd like people that heard my story to walk away with the idea we're not heroes. I really want people to understand that. We don't consider ourselves heroes," said Roy Hawthorne.

Fewer than 20 members of the squad are still alive today.
