SAN DIEGO (KGTV)--A broken hydrant flooded parts of a Mission Valley condominium complex Friday morning after being hit by a vehicle.
Around 11 a.m., an 80-foot geyser formed inside the Mission Gate Condominiums on Camino de la Reina near Mission Center Road.
It took crews about a half-hour to stop the flow the water that flooded 20 units and at least 16 garages. Police told 10News the mess started after a moving truck hit the hydrant, causing the geyser.
