SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A 15-year-old was hit by a car in front of Gompers Preparatory Academy Friday night. 10News was on scene as police spoke with the driver.
San Diego Police say the teenage girl was crossing at 47th street near Hilltop Driver just before 8 p.m. Witnesses say she flew about 10 feet when the truck crashed into her. She dit not suffer any serious injuries.
The driver, an adult male, was arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
