ASK THE EXPERTS: Discussion on prostate cancer and why Black men are most impacted

TODAY'S LIVE STREAM: We are helping to raise awareness by highlighting the need for prostate cancer testing, especially in the African American community which is disproportionally impacted.

ABC 10News/KGTV announces the Prostate Cancer Foundation “Eat It to Beat It” challenge, highlighting the need for testing and addressing outcome disparities in Black men diagnosed with prostate cancer. ABC 10News is supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation with a campaign aimed at raising awareness and showing how making healthy lifestyle choices can have a meaningful impact on reducing risk and improving outcomes.

For the 30 days of September, Prostate Cancer Foundation has picked 30 foods to focus on that can have an impact on overall health, throughout Prostate Cancer Awareness month.

The ABC 10News campaign kicks off this important conversation with a cross-platform awareness campaign on Tuesday, Sept. 1, featuring survivor stories, Ask the Expert interviews, with content for broadcast, social media and live stream programming.
