(KGTV) - Ruby's Diner is celebrating their 35th anniversary with a $2.99 RubyBurger and French fries special, nearly $5 off the menu price.
A bit of history about Ruby's Diner, they opened their first restaurant on Balboa Pier and made a total of $63 on the first day.
