A young girl escaped serious injury after shots were fired outside of a Chandler, Arizona, barber shop.

In the April 10 incident, Chandler police said an argument broke out between a group of three men and someone inside a tattoo parlor, resulting in the trio being told to leave.

Police said the three men got into a vehicle, and as they drove away, one of the men opened fire from the vehicle towards the tattoo parlor. However, the bullets struck the window of a barber shop next door.

In surveillance video, a 4-year-old girl is seen sitting inside the barber shop watching TV when bullets hit the window, narrowly missing her. She was not hit by the gunfire and was able to run away.

Police confirmed that the suspected shooter, 23-year-old Michael David Hart, was arrested. One of his companions, 21-year-old Rafael Santos, was also arrested. Both were booked into jail on charges including aggravated assault and endangerment, according to police.

The third unidentified man has not been arrested.
