Experts say San Diego is not prepared for a cyber attack

Posted

SORRENTO VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) – In a first of its kind conference, local leaders gathered at the Qualcomm headquarters Thursday to discuss San Diego’s ability to survive a cyber attack.

The event was organized by the San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence, a group created to connect local professionals in the tech and cyber security industry.

The takeaway? San Diego is ahead of other cities when it comes to cyber safety, but still has big gaps that could compromise infrastructure.
