A trailer carrying hay was flipped on its side after a driver hit the truck pulling it on I-5 near H Street in Chula Vista Tuesday night.
The California Highway Patrol said a Mustang was driving in the fast lane when it started to swerve and hit a car and a truck with a trailer attached.
The trailer flipped on its side. When they tried to flip the trailer back onto its wheels, the bales of hay fell off.
No one was injured and there were no arrests.
Southbound I-5 was down to one lane in the area.
