SAN DIEGO (KGTV/AP) - Actor James Cromwell is facing a trespassing charge for an animal rights protest at SeaWorld San Diego.
Cromwell wore a "SeaWorld Sucks" t-shirt during the protest at the Orca Encounter show July 24.
He and six other demonstrators were removed by security.

Cromwell previously said he would serve jail time rather than pay fines.
