SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A girl who left her foster home in Bay Terraces was found safe Tuesday night, authorities say.
San Diego police said 12-year-old Quentasia Heights disappeared at about 2:50 p.m. Monday in the 7300 block of Nebraska Avenue.
According to police, it was believed that the young girl jumped a fence in the home’s back yard and ran south on Alsacia Street.
