SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Another woman has come forward accusing San Diego County Sheriff's Deputy Richard Fischer of sexual misconduct and assault, according to a claim filed Thursday against the county.

Attorney Dan Gilleon is representing the accuser in this case, as well as many of the other women who have brought forth accusations against Fischer.

According to the claim, the accuser is a 51-year-old woman from Vista, referred to only as T.D.

the document says she first encountered Fischer when he responded to a call at a mental health facility she operates on New Year's Eve 2016.

"Like he did in the past, he started returning. returned two times that night, each time wanting to hug, talking about how attractive she was, all that sort of thing, " said Gilleon.

Gilleon says Fischer returned several more times over the next few months but it was in April of 2017 that things reportedly escalated.

"one night she's sleeping and she's woken up by a flashlight shining into her apartment and it was him. he told her she better let him in, that he needed to talk to her," Gilleon told 10news.  "This is a woman that's been abused in the past, she had no idea what to do. she froze, she submitted; didn't give him oral sex, he basically used her mouth as a vessel."

The complaint goes on to say that Fischer abruptly left on his own.
Gilleon says the accuser didn't initially come forward because she was afraid of what Fischer might do and eventually spoke up at the urging of her daughter.

10News did reach out to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department for comment but have yet to hear back.

At this point, it's not clear if the district attorney will be adding to the criminal charges against Fischer based on these allegations.
