SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A group of San Diegans are holding a rally and march against the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy that is breaking up migrant families.
The “Families Belong Together” rally and march is scheduled to take place June 23 at the Civic Center Plaza (1200 Third Ave.) in downtown San Diego from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
On Tuesday night San Diego Assemblyman Todd Gloria tweet in support of the rally, urging San Diegans to show up and protest "the cruel separation of parents and children."

Prior to the weekend event, people are expected to gather on the Taylor Street/Hotel Circle overpass in Mission Valley Tuesday to spell out #FamiliesBelongTogether in large, lighted lettering. The lighting is expected to begin by 7:30 p.m.
