EL CAJON, Calif. (KGTV) - An El Cajon mother woke up to a disheartening sight - again.
Early on Labor Day, Melissa Greer, a mother of four, went to her minivan parked outside her home on Avocado Avenue and found the back window shattered.
"It was super upsetting. How can people be this cruel?" asked Greer.
Her second reaction: a feeling of "deja vu."
In May, a drunk driver hit the same minivan and two of their other cars parked on the street.
Fast forward to early August, when Greer went to drive the van and found the back window broken in two places. Greer says she fixed the glass in mid-August only to see it on the ground on Labor Day.
In search of answers, Greer to shared her story on sites like the East County Emergency Updates Facebook page.
