Ahoy, Maritime Museum!

Spend a day along beautiful San Diego Bay!  From tall ships to swift boats, the Maritime Museum takes you back through San Diego's history of sailing.

WHAT TO SEE:

Don't miss the San Salvador, a replica of the original tall ship from Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo's exploration in 1542.

The Maritime Museum also has an exhibit featuring swift boats from Vietnam.

The Festival of Sail is also a must-see every Labor Day weekend.

INSIDER TIP:

Pants or shorts and comfortable shoes are the best options for climbing those tall ship ladders.
