SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- With crowds heading to the beaches to escape the heat, San Diego Police are reminding residents and tourists about parking rules at the beach.
Ahead of the upcoming holiday, police released several videos, including general beach rules, camping and parking rules.
Check out the rules for parking at the beach below:
Unloading in red zones is prohibited
Pedestrians can’t occupy parking spaces in a public parking lot to save or claim a parking spot without a vehicle
No barbecues, tables, or chairs are allowed in parking stalls
No double parking is allowed
Plan to arrive early
RVs cannot in multiple marked parking stalls San Diego Police tweeted the video
