SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - When you're walking the streets of downtown San Diego during Comic-Con, you're almost guaranteed to work up a Hulk-like appetite.

Fear not, Comic-Con visitors: We've picked some spots that are walking distance to the Convention Center and offering unique Comic-Con themed specials.

And don't forget: If you're attending the convention, many restaurants/bars are even offering deals or discounts if you simply show your badge!

Café 21
802 5th Ave.
In an homage to Marvel’s Black Panther, Café 21 owner/chef Leyla Javadov has concocted a cocktail that King T’Challa would certainly approve of. The $12 “Wakanda’s Potion” -- made with Broker’s London Dry Gin, Activated Charcoal and Egg White -- will only be available during Comic-Con at the Gaslamp location.

Carnitas Snack Shack

The famous Snack Shack will have two Comic-Con-themed cocktails in honor of the convention: The Hammered Hulk (consisting of Malibu rum, vodka, blue curacao, Midori -- topped with a splash of pineapple and Sprite) and the Mother of Dragons (gin, lime juice, simple syrup and dragon fruit).

The Smoking Gun

Comic-Conners can head to this unique downtown spot for some comic book-influenced dishes. Dine on the Deadpool Drummettes, the 1/4 pound Captain America Slider and Chips or a plate of the Juggernachos.

One of the Gaslamp Quarter’s most popular hotspots will have a special lineup of cocktails for in celebration of Comic-Con. Stop by for the Pop Tart Party (featuring Skyy Vanila vodka, fresh strawberry and a Pop Tart rim), the Capri Sun Cooler, or take some Toucan Sam, Cuckoo for Coco and Cinnamon Toast Crunch shots.

This downtown spot has a special Nintendo-inspired menu for Comic-Con week. Chow down on offerings like Bowsers Fiery Burger or Koopa Troopa Watermelon Salad, and then wash it down with Mario’s Margarita or the Metroid Wine.

Searsucker is getting in on the Comic-Con spirit with several cocktails that celebrate some popular comic book characters. The list includes:

-- Star-Lord: The “official cocktail of Comic-Con in the Gaslamp” consists of Pimm’s #1, bruised basil, pressed lemon, pickled carrot
-- Spiderman: House-infused strawberry jalapeño tequila, lime, agave
-- Gamora: Cucumber gin, bruised mint, lime, soda
-- Black Widow: House-infused red wine, peach schnapps, triple sec, fresh fruit
