It's time for an upgrade!
San Diego’s best breaking-news app has been completely redesigned to bring you faster performance, easier navigation and stunning improvements to photos and video.
The free suite of apps -- for Android, iPhone and tablet -- are now available for download on your mobile device.
Our upgrade is packed with a whole host of new features, including:
- A simplified menu and side navigation
- High definition video and pictures within stories, along with photo slideshows
- Facebook and Twitter sharing tools
- Swipe option between stories and sections
- “Save story” feature to archive content and read it later
To take advantage of the enhancements, simply update the app already installed on your device or download it for free. Just search 10NEWS in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Once you upgrade, don't forget to take advantage of enabling 10NEWS push notifications. This will ensure you know about key breaking news events as they unfold.
The app redesign started where it matters most: by improving performance and reliability. The 10NEWS app loads faster, buttons are quick to respond and the new side navigation keeps the menu a tap away while you browse content.
The new app is easy on the eyes too. The updated font style is optimized for reading so you can enjoy more stories with less strain on your eyes. Our entire lineup of apps is also optimized for high definition displays, so photos and videos will pop with clarity.
On top of all that, you can personalize your reading list with our new "saved stories" feature. Just tap the star on any story, and it will go to your Saved Stories list, letting you archive stories to read later.
Combine that with our new “Offline” mode on iPad and you can read your saved stories whenever you want, even when you’re not connected to the Internet.
So, what are you waiting for? Update or download the redesigned 10NEWS app for your favorite device today. Just search KGTV in your app store of choice or click on one of the links below.
