Saline Nasal Spray

8 ounces of water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon Karo Syrup

Mix it up, pour it in the container of choice and spray, drop or gargle often. Once every half hour while the problem is acute would not be overdoing it.
