SAN DIEGO -- Lou Ward is Executive Vice President of 4 SHO Entertainment Enterprises, an Escondido-based computer software company that created Verbosity - Tools for the Mind!.
With so many violent video games on the market, Ward was concerned about their impact on today's youth. 4 SHO Entertainment Enterprises created a family-oriented, literacy-based, non-violent game. The game is geared for ages 8 and up. The game can be played over the internet with up to 3 other people anywhere in the world.
Ward says anyone can learn while having fun and the game, Verbosity - Tools for the Mind!, proves it.
The video game can be ordered on-line, and picked up on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2002, from 8:30am to 11:30am at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego, Clairemont Branch, 4635 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego, CA 92110 just in time for Christmas. The video game is specially priced at $39.95 until the end of the year. After that, the game may be purchased for the regular price of $49.95.
