NOMINATE A LEADER IN THE CATEGORY OF ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP!

The 10News Leadership Award recipient will be someone who provides leadership by making San Diego a better place to live, by standing up for those who need help, and improving the quality of life for all San Diegans. Nominate a leader for their work in the categories of Volunteerism and Community Action, Environment, Diversity or Future Leaders.

The Environmental category recognizes leaders in the community who are working hard to make a difference in the environment. Through our station initiative Sustain San Diego and now our new Environmental Leadership category, we are highlighting local citizens who are improving the quality of life in our community through conservation, preservation and sustainability efforts. Leaders in this category would display many of the following characteristics:

Serves as an environmental role-model for other businesses, organizations or individuals

Fills a community need

Initiates or creates solutions/ solves a problem

Involved on an on-going, long-term basis (some exceptions based on committee decision)
