KGTV, the McGraw-Hill owned ABC affiliate in San Diego, is looking for a Local Sales Manager to lead, motivate and supervise its Local Sales Team. This position will directly manage the local Sales Team for both ABC and 10News.com and will have responsibility for existing business and generating new business. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills and proven negotiating skills. The ability to create new and maintain existing client relationships is a must. NTR, business development and special projects experience also required.
