Sloane Stephens, Madison Keys advance to US Open women's tennis final

Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys will face off Saturday for the U.S. Open women's tennis championship -- the first all-American final since Serena Williams defeated her sister Venus in 2002.

In the semifinals, Stephens got past Venus Williams 6-1, 0-6, 7-5 to reach her first Grand Slam final. Stephens became the fourth unseeded player to reach the women's final since 1968. Keys took down fellow American CoCo Vandeweghe 6-1, 6-2 in the other semifinal to get to her first major final. Keys, the 15th seed, suffered an injury during the match but it did not affect her play. The all-American semifinals had not happened at a Grand Slam event since Wimbledon in 1985.
