San Diego State Aztecs move into top 10 in AP Top 25 college basketball poll

Aztecs have won 13 games in a row

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State Aztecs have made their way into the top ten in the latest Associated Press college basketball poll.

The Aztecs' appearance in the AP Top 25's top ten is the school's first since they were there for the final 13 weeks of 2010-11. They reached as high as No. 4 during that stretch.

SDSU, who defeated Air Force on Sunday 79-72, are now 14-1 on the season (3-0 in Mountain West Conference play). They are currently riding a 13-game winning streak and are ranked No. 10 in this week's AP Top 25.

The Aztecs host Fresno State on Wednesday and UNLV on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Arizona remains No. 1 in the AP Top 25 poll for the sixth straight week. The Wildcats, Syracuse and Wichita State remain the only unbeaten teams in Division I.
