SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Chargers will hold a brief practice aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan Wednesday in preparation for Thursday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers at Qualcomm Stadium, their 25th annual Salute to the Military game.
The team is scheduled to practice from 11-11:30 a.m. Wednesday on the Reagan's flight deck before meeting with Navy families.
Some players will also participate in a Play 60 camp scheduled to start at 9 a.m. in the ship's Hangar Bay. Play 60 is the NFL's ongoing youth fitness campaign, which encourages children to partake in a physical activity for at least 60 minutes a day.
The Reagan is docked at Naval Air Station North Island.
