(Sports Network) - DeLisha Milton-Jones scored 17 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in Washington's 96-77 victory over the Charlotte Sting. The Mystics broke the WNBA record for points in a quarter with 35 in the third, outscoring Charlotte by 18 in the period, on the way to their second straight win and a sweep of the home-and-home set. Nikki Teasley also had 17 points, while Alana Beard scored 15 for Washington. Monique Currie scored 22 points to pace the Sting, who fell to 2-6 this season. That includes an 87-70 loss at Washington Tuesday.

Final Score: Seattle 74, Chicago 61

Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Lauren Jackson poured in 27 points and corralled 10 rebounds to pace the Seattle Storm to a 74-61 victory over the Chicago Sky at UIC Pavilion. Sue Bird tallied 12 points, while Betty Lennox and Tiffani Johnson each scored 10 for the Storm, winners of two straight. Stacey Lovelace-Tolbert had 15 points to pace the expansion Sky, who have lost nine in a row since opening their season with a victory at Charlotte. Candice Dupree added 12 points and 12 rebounds in a losing effort.
