UNLV Forward Stanback Arrested For DUI
Junior Led Rebels With 13 Points, 5.9 Rebounds Per Game
UNLV forward Chace Stanback was arrested early Friday for allegedly driving under the influence. The 21-year-old Stanback was was taken into custody on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, speeding and having no proof of insurance. He was released and has an Aug. 11 court date. The 6-foot-8 junior led the Rebels with 13 points and 5.9 rebounds per game last season, was earning All-Mountain West Conference third team honors for the second straight year after transferring from UCLA.
UNLV went 24-9 last season, losing in the first round of the NCAA tournament to Illinois.
