Created in 1994, the Children's 10Mobile program is a joint community project of Children's Hospital, USA Federal Credit Union, and KGTV 10News; Support is also provided by Ronald McDonald House Charities and La Mesa RV. The Children's 10Mobile, staffed by Children's Hospital employees, travels all around San Diego county and beyond promoting the health, safety, and general well-being of our community's children.
