As I sit here milling through the thoughts in my mind of how I would like to start this blog, I am challenged with picking one of the many memorable experiences I have endured or one of those that has been shared with me by fellow officers.

Tales of life-saving moments, thrilling high-speed pursuits or a simple smile from a lively gentlemen who laughed uncontrollably from his wheel chair as he watched my unsuccessful attempts to pull a lizard out of his car door. Needless to say, the lizard is probably still in the car.

Through this journal and with the help of 10News.com, you will hear colorful, sometimes unbelievable, stories and learn of everyday heroes from all walks of life. I will provide you with information I am sure you will find useful. My hope is that you will be entertained, enlightened and informed. This is just a thought or two from me to you.
