Former Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham has been moved to a new federal prison.

10News has learned that Cunningham is now at a federal correctional institution in North Carolina called Butner Low.

Cunningham had been housed at a federal facility in Atlanta for evaluation.

It's not yet known if Cunningham will serve the rest of his eight-year sentence there or if it's just part of his evaluation.

Butner Low is a low-security prison for men.
