Man Hospitalized With Stab Wounds

ESCONDIDO, Calif. -- A 30-year-old man was hospitalized Tuesday after being stabbed in the abdomen during a fight in Escondido, police said.The fight in the area of North Ash Street and East Lincoln Avenue was reported around 8:20 p.m. Monday, according to Escondido police Sgt. Mike Graesser.
The man who was stabbed was taken to a hospital, the sergeant said, adding that the wound was not life-threatening. The other man involved in the fight fled before officers arrived, he said.
