SAN DIEGO - A 67-year-old woman who suffered serious head trauma when she was struck by a car in San Diego's Linda Vista neighborhood remains hospitalized Wednesday.
The woman stepped in front of a moving car in the 6500 block of Osler Street around 8 p.m. Tuesday, said San Diego police Officer David Stafford.
She was taken to a trauma center for treatment, Stafford said.
