A group of Idaho inmates is suing makers of alcoholic beverages

Anheuser-Busch, Miller Brewing, and the makers of Jim Beam are facing a billion dollar lawsuit because the inmates say it was the alcohol that led them to do their crimes.

One man is serving a 15-year sentence for killing his business partner, which he claims was the culmination of a series of events that started when he first got drunk.

The plaintiffs say the suit is not about the money, they just want warning labels on cans and bottles warning about the dangers of drinking alcohol.
