A tumor big enough to fill a wheelbarrow has been removed from a woman in Germany.

Irmtraud Eichler, 60, had previously been diagnosed as being obese, but her daughter insisted on a second opinion after her mother could barely stand due to swelling, AFP reported.

An ultrasound revealed the monstrous tumor attached to one of her ovaries.

Surgeons with the University Clinic in Dresden spent seven hours removing the tumor -- which measured 24 inches by 20 inches -- along with Eichler's uterus, ovaries and thyroid, The Daily Mail reported.

Eichler lost 88 pounds during the operation and now describes herself as "super happy."
