SAN DIEGO - Crews worked Thursday to repair a water main break in the University Town Center area.
The main break was reported in the 9500 block of Town Center Drive and was due to a broken 12-inch line for recycled water.
Officials said that only irrigation systems in the area were affected by the break and that no businesses were without water.
It may take 10 hours to repair the break, officials said.
Only one lane on northbound Town Center Drive is open. The southbound lanes are completely closed.
