Break Reported In 1000 Block Of Osborne Street

Sheriff's deputies aided the California Highway Patrol in closing a half block just outside of Vista where a water main broke on Tuesday.The problem was reported in the 1000 block of Osborne Street at 8:45 p.m., according to a sheriff's official.The local water district was being called in to make repairs, the official said.More information about the incident was not immediately available.
