PENN YAN, N.Y. - A mother is accused of passing drugs to her jailed son through a kiss.
Guards at the Yates County jail in upstate New York say Kimberly Margeson slipped Oxycodone pills to her son in a jail lip lock.
She's pleaded not guilty to charges and is free on bail.
Her son also faces new charges in connection with the Oxy incident. He remains jailed on an unrelated weapons charge.
