PHILADELPHIA - A police officer gave a Philadelphia mother a $50 ticket and a parenting lecture after her 2-year-old peed on the sidewalk.

The family was out on a Sunday and the toddler had to use the restroom. They were rejected at nearby clothing stores.

But the 2-year-old, who is still potty training, was not able to hold it anymore. He urinated on the sidewalk.

A police officer saw what the boy did and gave the mom a ticket and lectured her about parenting.

The mother is now outraged and plans to fight the ticket.
