LAS VEGAS - The parents of an aspiring rapper from Oakland, Calif., are flying to Las Vegas to claim their 27-year-old son's body.

Kenneth Cherry, who used the name Kenny Clutch, was killed when someone in a Range Rover opened fire on Cherry's Maserati early Thursday on the Las Vegas Strip, causing a fiery crash.

Cherry's great aunt, Patricia Sims of Oakland, told The Associated Press that Cherry recently moved to Las Vegas from Northern California.

A cab driver, 62-year-old Michael Boldon and a passenger were also killed. Boldon was identified by his older sister. The passenger has not yet been identified.

At least six other people, including a passenger in the Maserati, were injured.

Police didn't release the names of the other people involved but said the Maserati passenger was cooperating with police.
